RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

The terms set out on this page apply exclusively to purchases made through moneajewelry.com.
The sender is responsible for the returned product until it has been received by MONEA. Once the returned item arrives at our facilities, it will be inspected. If the return complies with the conditions set out in this policy, the purchase amount will be refunded accordingly.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the product is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.
The returned item must be sent together with the original invoice, certificate (if applicable), presentation box, and all accompanying materials.
For same-day delivery and international orders, delivery charges are non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the product will be refunded.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
- Custom-made or bespoke products
- Rings manufactured to a specific size
- Products that have been altered or modified
- Products that have been engraved or otherwise personalized
Order Cancellation
Orders for custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Return Process
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the return meets the applicable conditions, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds to credit cards may take between 1 and 4 weeks to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
